About Grace Cortellini

As a longtime resident of Wallingford, Grace serves the surrounding Delaware County communities, including Swarthmore, Media, Middletown, Concord Township, Springfield, and Ridley. With a broad knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia area, she also serves clients in Chester County. She uses her local market knowledge and experience to guide her clients with their home buying and selling and to assist them with making the most informed decisions possible. Grace is a graduate of the Fox & Roach Leadership Academy and a member of the Tri-County Board of Realtors®. Active in her community, she is a Fox & Roach Charities supporter and volunteer and a member of St John Chrysostom Parish. Grace enjoys working with her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Her excellent negotiation and communication skills, and problem solving abilities, put her clients at ease. She has been licensed since 1983 and specializes in residential resale as a buying and listing agent.
